Adding Printers

You cannot add a printer from system preferences, but you can add a printer when you are ready to print.
- Choose to print in whatever software you are using

- Click on the printer drop down list and Choose Add Printer
- Select the printer you need from the “Printer name” list. You will see that the computer is “Searching for New Drivers”

- When the ‘add’ button becomes available, click on it.

- Wait for the next step to run.

- You can now click on Print!
